INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY (3-6 MONTHS) – ASSOCIATIONS & BUSINESS COUNCILS (ADMINISTRATIVE)
Job Role
The ideal candidate would be expected to;
Attending monthly Committee meetings and Sub Committee meetings, completion of minutes and follow-up
Assist in the Annual General Meetings (AGM’s) of Associations
Assist in Seminars/Webinars, Workshops, Forums and industry activities
Ensure up-to-date member databases of the assigned Associations & Business Councils
Assist in all other work of the Department and as assigned by the Superior
The candidate must have;
Preferably an undergraduate (recently graduated or currently enrolled) in a recognized university/ institute OR Full or Part Professional Qualification in Management / Business Administration or related field of study
Excellent English writing and speaking skills
Computer literate with good Word, Power Point and Excel skills
Good planning and organizing abilities
Solid attention to details
The ability to work under pressure and meet timely deadlines with the ability to operate autonomously
The selected candidate will get hands on experience to work with the Top Corporate Sector professionals and will work closely with the stakeholders.
An allowance will be paid in line with industry standards.
